A growing Atlanta-based Healthcare IT shop is looking for a Director of IT. This company specializes in helping the most vulnerable find affordable healthcare through their software. They are looking for a leader to join their team full-time and fully remotely in the Eastern Standard time zone. Candidate preference will be for Atlanta or Georgia residents. 

This individual will manage the entire IT function for the company, and specifically will help their company grow. They are looking for an individual with prior management or leadership expertise who is ready to take the next step in their career with a smaller shop. Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience working in the IT industry.
• Hands-on experience working in a leadership position
• Prior industry experience in the Healthcare, Banking, or Finance space
• Strong knowledge of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and cloud-based SaaS products
• Strong problem-solving and solutions-based mindset
• Management experience across engineering departments.
• Ability to support and collaborate across teams.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ability to work remotely in EST
• Prior managerial experience
• BS in CS or similar degree.
