Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT Support/ Helpdesk Engineering role
  • Knowledge of both Hardware and Software support
  • Experience with levels 1-3 of helpdesk tickets
  • Strong Spanish and English verbal and written communication
  • Phone support abilities for Helpdesk portal
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Ability to commute to the office daily in Smyrna, GA
  • Strong coaching/mentoring ability
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or similar educational background
  • Experience working for internal IT organizations
  • Any server experience is a plus
