Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of React Native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development process
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Help shape the mobile strategy for our clients and provide input on technology decisions
- 8+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in React Native
- Proven track record of building and deploying high-performance mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern front-end development tools
- Familiarity with native build tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, and Swift/Java development
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Must be located in Atlanta, Georgia
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Knowledge of app store submission processes and guidelines
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Firebase, or Google Cloud
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment
