Python Developer / Starup / Downtown Atlanta

An innovative startup within the ATDC portfolio has recently secured funding and is now actively expanding its onsite team in Downtown Atlanta, GA. This company is developing a cutting-edge, cloud-based self-monitoring system designed to integrate directly with industrial machinery. Their technology intelligently detects faults and operational errors in real-time—eliminating the need for continuous human supervision and significantly improving operational efficiency.

They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be working primarily with Python, alongside some Golang and TypeScript. This is a hybrid position requiring 3–4 days onsite per week at their Downtown Atlanta office.

Required Skills and Experience?

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development.
• Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Prior experience working in a marketing or customer-focused analytics environment is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
