Senior Drupal Developer / Atlanta Georgia / Hybrid

Job Description: As a Senior Drupal Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Drupal-based websites and applications for our clients. You will work closely with our creative, design, and strategy teams to create high-quality digital experiences that meet our clients' business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving, making you a key player in our development team. You will work onsite in our Atlanta office 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the other 2 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal websites and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations
• Implement responsive and accessible web designs using Drupal theming and front-end development skills
• Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
• Stay updated on the latest Drupal developments, modules, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Drupal Developer with 5+ years of experience in web development
• Strong proficiency in Drupal 8/9, including custom module development and theming
• Experience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite 3 days/week)
• Must be located in Atlanta, Georgia, or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a marketing or advertising agency
• Knowledge of Acquia or Pantheon hosting environments
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards
• Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
