Required Skills & Experience:
· 6+ years of experience designing enterprise-class software solutions
· Expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API
· Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue
· Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Visual Studio)
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and API design
· Excellent time management, collaboration, and communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Experience mentoring and leading junior developers
· Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
· Strong grasp of object-oriented analysis, design patterns, and service-oriented architecture
· Passion for problem-solving and staying updated on tech trends
What You Will Be Doing:
Tech Breakdown:
· 70%-80% Backend Development (C#, ASP.NET, APIs)
· 20%-30% Frontend/UI Development
Daily Responsibilities:
· 70%-80% Hands-On Development
· 10%-15% Mentorship & Technical Leadership
· 10%-15% Team Collaboration
