A top innovator in the pet tech industry is actively seeking a DevOps Manager to lead the continued development and management of the company's infrastructure and operations. This is full time on-site opportunity in the Auburn Hills, Michigan area.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field and / or equivalent years of experience.
- Strong expertise in AWS, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IoT-specific services.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues.
- Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs).
- Designs, builds, and maintains scalable, secure, and highly available deployment systems.
- Leads the design and implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Manages the AWS IoT stack, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance for IoT devices while optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost and efficiency.
- Recruits, mentors, and leads a high-performing DevOps team. Fosters growth, collaboration, and technical expertise within the team.
- Leads crisis management efforts to resolve critical infrastructure and system issues quickly.
