A construction supply distributor based in Atlanta is seeking to expand their engineering team. They are hiring a Help Desk Engineer for a full-time, on-site role, requiring attendance 5 days a week in the metro Atlanta, GA area.

This organization is searching for a candidate who is enthusiastic about actively developing their skills and advancing their career in the field. Daily responsibilities will primarily involve troubleshooting issues with phones (Android) and other hardware, utilizing Windows 11 on desktop, and handling various levels of help tickets. Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, troubleshooting Android phones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in two languages
  • 1-2 years of experience working hands-on as Help Desk Support
  • Learning abilities
