Principal Robotics Systems Engineer - Relocation Package

In this critical role, you will take charge of developing and implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards for advanced robotic systems. As a key leader in the engineering team, you will drive safety initiatives across the product lifecycle, using safety analysis tools like HARA, DFMEA, and JAMA.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on product safety and compliance.
• Extensive experience with HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and FMEA.
• Proficiency with JAMA for safety tracking and compliance.
• Strong experience in robotics safety standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through safety design reviews and compliance processes.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience leading system-level safety assessments for complex products, especially in robotics.
• Familiarity with global safety and certification processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to drive safety initiatives across teams.
• Ability to work across the full product lifecycle to ensure safety and compliance at every stage.
