This is a fully onsite, full-time opportunity to lead and innovate within the fields of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) and perception engineering. Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in robotics with a focus on SLAM and perception systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in C++, with a strong understanding of real-time systems and performance optimization.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying SLAM algorithms for autonomous systems.
- Strong foundation in sensor fusion, including integrating data from LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, and other sensors.
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and middleware integration.
- Familiarity with mapping, path planning, and localization techniques.
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques for perception and SLAM.
- Hands-on experience with tools like OpenCV, PCL, or related libraries.
- Knowledge of GPU programming and parallel processing frameworks (e.g., CUDA).
- Experience in deploying robotics systems in real-world environments.
- Strong mathematical background in probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
