Business Systems Analyst (ERP Syteline or SAP)

Job Description:

Join a leading manufacturing and distribution company as a Business Systems Analyst! In this key role, you will drive the implementation and optimization of our ERP (Syteline) system, enhancing business processes and fostering continuous improvement through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize the Syteline ERP system to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to align technology solutions with business practices.
• Document and manage business requirements and system configurations.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical resources.
• Assist with system testing, training, and ongoing user support.
• Ensure effective data integration with other applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Syteline or similar ERP systems in manufacturing or distribution like SAP
• Proficient in Syteline modules, system integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP design, testing, and documentation.

Location: Fully onsite at our facility in Bartlett, IL.
