Business Systems Analyst (ERP Syteline)

Job Description: A top-tier company in the manufacturing and distribution industry is on the lookout for a Business Systems Analyst to drive the successful implementation and optimization of their ERP (Syteline) system. Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Syteline in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Experience with Syteline modules and system integrations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ERP design, testing, and documentation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Understand and support business practices within the Syteline system.
• Document and manage business requirements and processes.
• Assist with system testing, configuration, and training.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure seamless data integration with other applications.

Location: This is a fully onsite position at the facility in Bartlett, IL.
