Assistant Network Manager

This client in the education space is looking to hire an Assistant Network Manager to support the operation and maintenance of their network infrastructure. Main focus will be the upkeep of their Municipal Area Network, including backup systems and disaster recovery.
In this role, you will also install software on servers and workstations, manage switch level security, and oversee WiFi, firewalls, and network switches and routers. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering
• Experience with LAN/MAN/WAN
• Experience supporting firewalls, switches, and routers
• Experience with VLAN, wireless systems, and internet and printer servers
• Experience with backup systems and disaster recovery

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with educational software
