IT Support Analyst/Fully Onsite

A growing company is looking to hire an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their team. The goal of this role is to provide exceptional support to over 200 onsite and remote team members across the U.S. This role is vital in ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems in a Windows environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and skilled in troubleshooting and system administration.

This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience providing IT support in a mid-large sized organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Windows, Office, MS Teams) and supporting ERP systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory for password resets and permissions management.
  • Proven troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with telecommunication systems.
  • Familiarity with MAC support.
  • Understanding of networking, including LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based applications and systems.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Administer corporate applications, including a cloud-based ERP system.
  • Image and deploy desktops, laptops, and other devices.
  • Manage inventory, create purchase orders, and coordinate equipment shipments.
  • Provide remote support using remote control tools.
  • Travel to satellite locations as needed.
