A consulting and research firm providing a range of services including research, consulting, and technical assistance is looking for a Senior Application Developer to join their team Full-time!

They are currently building out several websites that are public facing. As a Senior Application Developer, you will focus on new development and will work heavily with C#, .NET Core, AWS, and SQL.

This role is Full-time, fully remote but candidates must be located in the DMV. If you are looking for a new role and meaningful work, then this is the job for you! Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ Years Experience in software engineering
  • Experience in C#, .NET Core, .NET 4 or higher.
  • EPA experience and working for the Federal Government
  • Experience with Nodejs, Javascript, Typescript
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience in SQL.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience working on a team of Engineers.
  • Experience with Angular, React or Vue 8
  • AWS Certification

Daily Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers to review project requirements, plan implementation, coordinate project execution and deliver successful results.
  • Lead software application architecture and development, including prototype, user interface, database modeling, business logic using frontend and backend technologies on a team of 5.
  • Build applications using JavaScript on frontend and APIs in backend.
  • Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot software in multiple environments and recommend improvements.
  • Establish performance improvement strategies, solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities and search engine optimization process for multiple websites.
  • Write scalable, reusable, and extensible code based on standards and best practice.
