We’re looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Generator specializing in Paid Ads on a contract basis to lead and execute our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. This is a remote position, open to candidates with a strong track record in B2B lead generation who can hit the ground running—no training wheels needed. This position has the potential to convert to a full-time employee.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Paid Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Proven success in B2B lead generation

Ability to manage campaigns independently from strategy to execution

Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRMs

Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset
Daily Responsibilities

Developing and executing end-to-end paid media strategies across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Managing budgets, A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking

Creating and optimizing campaigns focused on B2B lead generation

Analyzing performance data and making strategic recommendations

Staying ahead of platform updates, best practices, and competitive trends
