Enterprise Post Sales Engineer

Job Description
  • The primary responsibility of the Post Sales Engineer is to formulate and lead technical revenue-generating activities for prospective clients and existing customers. As part of a small team of sales and customer success professionals, gathering information and requirements, and designing solutions that meet the customers' needs.
  • Deliver demonstrations to prospective and existing customers highlighting key strengths and differentiators of the solutions.
  • Conduct training courses for onboarding new customers.
  •  Should actively seek out and apply knowledge of products, technologies, and businesses to build solutions to solve problems at scale.
  • Verify the operability of product configurations within the customers' environment.
  • Document and deliver product feedback and new requirements from the field.
  • Serve as the technical liaison and collaborate with the engineering team to share knowledge and insight gained through customer engagements.
  • Maintain relationships with partner teams and clients (internal and external) and present technical opportunities in a consulting capacity.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support to customers and prospects.

What You Will Be Doing
  • 80% Client facing (Customer Success/Integration)
  • 20% Trouble Shooting
  • Ability to Travel 25% of the time

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
  • 3-5 years of engineering work or technical support experience
  • Proven track record in architecting software solutions
  • Knowledgeable in CAD, SysML, PLM, MBSE, Requirements Management, or other common engineering software
  • Experience troubleshooting & debugging enterprise software
  • Ability to diagnose browser-based errors
  • Knowledgeable in container microservices
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience coding in an industry-standard language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Objective-C, JavaScript)
  • Experience successfully launching at least two products with cross-functional dependencies, either as an engineer or project manager.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  • Experience working with REST API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical, technical, and mixed audiences
  • Prior exposure to ontologies
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech startup
