Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global product strategy from pipeline to market.
- Lead integrated product strategies across short, medium, and long-term timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Medical, Operations, Marketing, Finance).
- Gather and incorporate customer insights to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Identify and prioritize new product and enhancement opportunities.
- Build business cases and support budgeting for product development initiatives.
- Present strategic proposals and product opportunities to leadership.
- Support go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and commercial teams.
- Represent the product team at industry events, advisory boards, and customer meetings.
- Translate competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
- Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners.
- Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in product strategy, management, or marketing within diagnostics or pharmaceuticals
- MBA, MS, or other advanced degree.
- 12+ years in product marketing, ideally in medical devices or diagnostics.
- Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or medical devices.
- Background in international marketing, product strategy, or diagnostic sales.
- Direct experience with product launches, including regulatory, access, marketing, and sales.
- Expertise in healthcare, diagnostics, genomics, and biotechnology.
- Strong market analysis skills, including industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans, value propositions, and market positioning.
- Experience with next-generation sequencing technologies.
- Skilled in financial modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving expertise in complex environments.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient data privacy.
