This company in the medical aesthetics devices space is looking for a Director of Product Management to join their team. They provide devices for treatments such as laser hair removal, wrinkle removal, and tattoo removal. This would be a full-time role with a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days/week in their office in Marlborough, MA.
In this role, you will work very closely with engineering teams, marketing, regulatory, R&D, and more to lead the full end-to-end product management process for both new and existing offerings. You will also be working with global teams and customers, leading requirements gathering and VoC.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 8+ YOE in Product Management
- Experience working with medical devices
- Experience in medical aesthetics space is a plus
- Understanding of FDA regulations
- Solid business acumen
- Experience leading end to end product management
Daily Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements and VoC
- Develop launch strategies for new products within assigned portfolio
- Support development of product lifecycle management strategy
