Senior Product Manager

An ambitious startup in the automotive Robotics space revolutionizing the tire-changing and wheel-balancing industry with cutting-edge robotic technology is growing their Product organization. Founded by entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the automotive and robotics industries with backing from major investors across the automotive industry, this company is well-positioned to be at the forefront of innovation in automotive robotics.
They are looking for a Staff Product Manager who will be their first product hire who will be responsible for developing and delivering cutting-edge solutions in automotive robotics. They are looking for a strategic thinker who has experience launching hardware and robotics product from ideation to launch.
Required Skills & Experience

• At least 7+ years of direct experience working in a product management role, ideally in Robotics or Automotive space
• Proven Experience working in a startup environment and ability to take products from prototype stage to commercial launch
• Strong background in hardware and software development lifecycles
• Ability to communicate and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of financial planning and ability to navigate trade-offs between performance, cost, quality, and speed to market
• A strong bias towards actions and having a results oriented mindset

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Ability to translate high-level plans and goals into actionable insights and plans for teams to follow
