This company in the semiconductor manufacturing space is looking for a Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist. They design and engineer RF, microwave, analog, mixed signal, and optical semiconductor technologies for industries such as telecommunications, industrial, defense, aerospace, automotive, and more. This is a full-time, on-site role of 5 days/week in their office in Morgan Hill, CA.
You would be joining their Operations team with a focus on overseeing the supply of pre-production and engineering materials. You’ll be in charge of ensuring all supply chain operations and supplies are prepared for new product launches.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field
- 8+ YOE
- Proficiency completing analysis in Excel and experience with Powerpoint
- Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
- Ability to prioritize and multi-tasking
- Experience interfacing with multiple engineering stakeholders
- Experience with SAP ERP module
- Manage inventory of necessary materials
- Monitor engineer builds and backlog to proactively identify any potential material shortages
- Work with manufacturers and suppliers to communicate build instructions and schedules
- Communicate with engineering teams to define Bill of Material product structure and ensure instructions are clear and concise
- Ensure pricing is consistent with quoted price
