Principle Product Manger

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Principle of Product for a start-up company in the Boston, MA area. This is a full-time, hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in the office.

The company is seeking someone with experience building products from the ground up (0-1). They’re looking for a Principle of Product who can collaborate closely with engineers to create new products and serve as a visionary to the CTO/CEO, guiding the direction for maximum success. Required Skills & Experience

• Being the first product hire of a company
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Someone who has built SaaS Products
• Has worked at as successful start-up
• Having Passion for improving customer satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Being able to react and thrive in a face paced environment
• Checking data analytics for decision making
• Having experience in B2B product
• Being a Successful leader
• Having a common understanding of software

Bonus Qualification

• Experience working in Quick-service restaurants, Law Enforcement, or Enterprise HR

Daily Responsibilities

• Making the product roadmap
• Reporting to the CEO on a day-to-day basis
• Being able to inspire your team to have groundbreaking solutions
• Communicating clear product vision
• Cross-functioning teams – Engineers, Designers, Marketers
• Monitoring your products performance
