Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Manager to join their dynamic team. The Embedded Software Manager will be responsible for leading a talented team of embedded software engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of embedded software solutions for their medical devices. This role requires strong technical expertise in embedded systems, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to excellence in software development practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming languages and familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and microcontroller architectures.
- Experience with software configuration management tools, version control systems, and issue tracking systems (e.g., Git, JIRA).
- Knowledge of medical device regulatory standards and requirements (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA regulations) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Manage and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

· Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of embedded software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

??· Drive technical innovation and excellence in embedded software design and architecture. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
