They are expanding their team and looking for a Firmware Architect who is passionate about developing next-generation firmware for cutting-edge energy products and systems.

- Lead the design and architecture of embedded firmware solutions for a wide range of energy products, including energy management systems, smart meters, and grid automation devices.
- Develop high-performance, energy-efficient, and secure firmware for embedded systems that support real-time data processing, device communication, and system integration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and system architects, to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Drive the optimization of firmware for reliability, scalability, and long-term sustainability in mission-critical energy applications.
- Lead initiatives to enhance product security, fault tolerance, forensics, and self-testing capabilities.
- Reinforce the resilience and cybersecurity of firmware solutions.
- T&E \ RES: Focus on rack power distribution units (rPDU) and rack automatic transfer switches (rATS).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of embedded firmware development, focusing on real-time operating systems, such as Embedded Linux, uCos, FreeRTOS and ThreadX.
- Experience with MCUs including LCES and platforms from TI and STMicroelectronics
- Ability to understand schematics and debug hardware issues using tools like oscilloscopes and power supplies
- Strongly skilled in C,C++, Java and Python
