Mobile Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to excel.
• Recruit and retain top-performing senior and principal engineers.
• Provide ongoing feedback to shape our work environment for organizational growth, fostering inclusivity and collaboration.
• Review and actively participate in technical designs.
• Champion mobile app platform knowledge across the organization, particularly within product engineering teams.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years hands-on experience in iOS (preferably Swift), Android (preferably Kotlin), and/or microservices.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Android development best practices and extensive experience with commonly used modules.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns of large-scale mobile applications and their supporting services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the company and influence outcomes.
• Desired experience with server-driven UIs and working knowledge of AWS.
