This is a full-time onsite position located in Downtown, Boston.
Position Overview
They are seeking a highly talented Senior Android Developer with embedded systems experience to join their multidisciplinary team. As a key member of their software development group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing software solutions for their state-of-the-art medical devices. Your contributions will directly impact the safety and well-being of the users by enabling them to live more independently and securely at home.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Android application development, with a focus on embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Android framework components, architecture, and API’s.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Master’s degree (or other advanced education) is preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in the medical device industry or other regulated industries is a plus.

  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of embedded software systems on Android platforms.
