Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and AI, incorporating relevant advancements into ongoing projects.
- Contribute to publications, presentations, and outreach efforts to disseminate research findings.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in academic or industry settings.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Excellent understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
