Salesforce Manager with Global Manufacturing Company

Job Description A global semiconductor manufacturing company is hiring a Software/CRM Manager to their team. As a manager you’ll be overseeing .NET and Salesforce focused development teams in a large scale integration project with the company’s ERP system. This role is 3-days onsite in Boston and is a fulltime direct hire. The company specializes in manufacturing chips that are used for sensor and motional controls to have machines operate faster as well as more efficiently. You’ll be overseeing teams that are working on an integration to their ERP systems as well as their Marketing Automation platforms, as well as do some hands on development in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and C#/.NET. Ideal candidates have previously worked as a Salesforce developer and have leadership experience. Required Skills & Experience

• Highly skilled in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Skilled in managing or leading development teams
• Skilled in Azure
• Exposure to C# and .NET

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working in the Manufacturing Industry
• 5+ years of development experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Degree in a related field
• Strong technical skills
