We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications that are crucial to our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about using their technical skills to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture and development of both frontend and backend solutions, ensuring a seamless and highly performant full-stack architecture.
  • Design and implement robust and scalable systems using JavaScript, React, GraphQL, Apollo, and other modern frontend technologies.
  • Build efficient, secure, and maintainable backend solutions with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, and Redis.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create innovative features and solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers, helping to elevate the team’s technical capabilities.
  • Ensure the highest quality of code through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the product and development processes.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in full-stack development, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, GraphQL, and Apollo for frontend development.
  • Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, and Redis for backend development.
  • Expertise in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and version control (Git).
  • A deep understanding of software engineering best practices, including clean code principles, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in the financial services or private equity industry is a plus.
