The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the development of our e-commerce platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will leverage your full-stack expertise to build, enhance, and scale our platform to support our client's ongoing commercial growth. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of Pendulum’s web applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Continuously improve system performance, security, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, share best practices, and foster a collaborative development environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Full-Stack Development with experience building and scaling web applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
- Experience with server-side technologies, including Node.js (a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, APIs, and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud services, containerization, and deployment pipelines.
- Proven track record of building high-quality, user-focused web applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for health and wellness and a desire to make an impact through technology.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with additional technologies such as Redux, GraphQL, or Docker.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
- Previous experience working in the health or wellness industry is a plus.
