Position Overview: The Fullstack React/Node Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs. The role requires a deep understanding of both frontend and backend development, along with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technical stack and driving its product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Build and optimize APIs and microservices for performance and scalability.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

  • Contribute to the company’s engineering culture and mentor junior developers as the team grows.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in fullstack development.

  • Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tools and frameworks.

  • Expertise in backend development using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.

  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control and CI/CD.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
