Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in image processing or computer vision with a focus on security applications.
- Proven experience with C++ development and Linux environments.
- Expertise in image processing techniques, including filtering, feature extraction, object detection, and pattern recognition.
- Strong knowledge of C++ programming and experience with performance optimization.
- Familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, Boost).
- Understanding of security concepts and their application in image processing.
Daily Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced image processing algorithms for security applications. Ensure algorithms are robust, efficient, and scalable.
- Implement high-performance image processing solutions using C++. Integrate these solutions into existing security systems and platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate image processing components into larger security solutions. Ensure compatibility and optimal performance within Linux environments.
- Analyze and enhance the performance of image processing algorithms. Address performance issues and optimize code for speed and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in image processing, computer vision, and security technologies. Propose and explore innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to image processing. Provide support and expertise to other engineering teams as needed.
