Senior Product Manager - SaaS/Generative AI - Hybrid (Framingham, MA)

A software-as-a-service (SaaS) enterprise focused on employee acknowledgment technology seeks a Senior Product Manager to integrate Generative AI into their system. This role is permanent and entails weekly travel to the firm's central offices in Framingham, MA.

With over two decades of prominence in the human resource management sector, this company aims to enrich its current array of offerings and implement fresh functionalities on its software platform using Generative AI. As the inaugural Product Manager for this artificial intelligence initiative, comprehensive knowledge of AI and machine learning is essential.

Required Skills & Experience

• Analytical and Conceptual Thinking Mastery; Demonstrated Proficiency Preferred

• Effective Communication across Diverse Disciplines: Financial Analysis, Software Engineering, and Geospatial Data

• Critical Thinking and Problem-solving Aptitude

• Hands-on Experience with Handling Large Datasets

• Telecom and Fiber Networks Knowledge Highly Desired

• Familiarity with Relational and Geospatial Database Engines, Specifically PostgreSQL and PostGIS, Preferred

The Offer

• Base salary is between 160k - 190k
