Sr Product Manager - Medical Aesthetic Devices (Hybrid)

This company in the medical aesthetic devices space is looking to add a Senior Product Manager to their team. They provide medical aesthetic instruments and treatments, and this role sits specifically on their team that oversees their consumables and growth portfolio. You would be working cross functionally with marketing, developers, QA, regulatory and more on end to end product management of new and existing products. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in office in Marlborough, MA.


Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or relevant field
• Experience leading multiple product launches in the medical devices and/or medical aesthetics space
• 5+ YOE as a Product Manager in a relevant field
• Experience working on end to end product management
• Experience working on consumables and/or capital equipment products
• Ability to lead products from conception through QA, regulatory, and development to launch
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams

What You Will Be Doing


Daily Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of new consumables medical device products
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing to develop product roadmaps and own backlog
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business goals
• Utilize industry expertise to perform competitive and market analysis
• Eventually grow a product management team and oversee junior product managers
• Assist with the development of assigned franchises’ product lifecycle management strategy
