They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to lead the development of our core platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product and influence the technical direction of our startup. You’ll work closely with our product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

Required Skills & Experiences:

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and experience with front end frame works, React.
• Excellent problem solving skills, strong communication, and collaboration.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineer, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality features.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. Continuously improve application performance.
