We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Linux systems and file transfer technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical

support to our clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering timely solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Linux operating systems and file transfer protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of support tools and resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support roles, with a focus on Linux systems.
  • Proficiency in Linux command-line interface (CLI) and system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols\
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security principles.
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead technical support role.
