Job Description
Our Client, a renewable energy company focused on lithium ion battery cell manufacturing, are currently looking of a Support Engineer to help support internal users. In this role you will be focused on supporting users within a full Windows environment, as well as phone support on both IOS & Android devices through Intune.

Full Time Position. On site in Boston. A vehicle/ Valid License is required for this role, as there would might some travel to help set up their new facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications and hardware devices.
  • Set up new hire desks, ensuring all necessary equipment and software are ready for use.
  • Create user accounts and grant appropriate access permissions based on established policies and procedures.
  •  Ensure that all support requests are accurately logged, tracked, and documented in the Jira Service Desk System
  •  Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support, as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and security patches.
  • Assist with inventory management, tracking and ordering equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide effective technical solutions.
