We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, intelligent tools used by scientists across the R&D pipeline—from early discovery to translational research.

Role Overview

  • Partner with scientists, product managers, and engineers to understand workflows and user needs
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and detailed UI specifications
  • Conduct usability testing and user research with scientific end users
  • Translate complex scientific and AI-powered functionality into intuitive interactions
  • Advocate for design quality, accessibility, and a consistent UX design system
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a growing UX culture within the organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, including work in scientific, healthcare, or technical software
  • Proven experience designing for AI-powered interfaces or data-intensive systems
  • Experience conducting user research with scientific or technical audiences
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful design solutions for complex workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical research processes or lab environments
  • Experience designing tools for data visualization or machine learning
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, React)
  • Prior work in regulated or GxP-compliant environments
