Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in PA design, focusing on silicon and germanium technologies.
  • Expertise in gas design for advanced semiconductor applications.
  • Strong background in RF circuit design, including amplifiers, mixers, and oscillators.
  • Proficiency with EDA tools such as Cadence, ADS, and HFSS for design and simulation.
  • Deep understanding of device physics, semiconductor processing, and characterization.
  • Experience in linearization techniques and efficiency optimization for PAs.
  • Proven ability to perform lab characterization and RF validation of designs.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with 5G/6G technologies and standards.
  • Knowledge of thermal management and packaging solutions for PAs.
  • Experience with high-power device testing and failure analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with automated test setups and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
