A dynamic strategy consulting group is looking for a Systems DevOps Engineer to join their Product and Innovation IT team. This is a full-time, remote position, though candidates in the greater Boston area are welcome to work in-office if they prefer. The salary range for this role is between $110k and $150k.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience in an IT-focused role, including at least 2 years in Systems and DevOps. A strong understanding of Azure is essential, with familiarity in Azure Databricks, Azure AI, and related platforms being a plus. Candidates should also have experience in Linux administration, proficiency in Python, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Linux knowledge
- Experience with Azure or AWS maintenance
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation)
- Application and System Administration experience
- Proficient in Python, Bash or PowerShell
- Kubernetes
- Familiarity with building and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or other IT related field
- Capable and self-directed
- Desire to learn and grow
- Databricks exposure
- Experience with administering, configuring, securing, and maintaining Windows server environments (Active Directory) and Microsoft 365 services.
