  Travel Requirements:

  • Must have transportation to travel between sites or pick up supplies when needed.

  Job Description:

  • Should have property management or facilities management experience.
  • Provide Vendor oversight and coordination.
  • Provide a high level of customer service 
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Has sense of urgency
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and evening in emergency situations.
  • Technical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

  Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related role required
