Travel Requirements:
- Must have transportation to travel between sites or pick up supplies when needed.
Job Description:
- Should have property management or facilities management experience.
- Provide Vendor oversight and coordination.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Be an excellent communicator
- Has sense of urgency
- Ability to work occasional weekends and evening in emergency situations.
- Technical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related role required
