Manager for Healthsuite & MHK Configuration Team

One of the nation’s top community owned healthcare providers is currently hiring a Configuration Manager to lead the IT Systems Configuration Management team. This person will work in person at the South San Francisco office. This manager will receive training on HEALTHsuite and MHK systems which the team is responsible for. The manager of the Configuration Management Team will work with key stakeholders to create a multi-year planning road map and work with the Configuration Management Team to implement changes and follow best practices.

The Configuration Management team is responsible for implementing new configurations, modifying existing configurations, performing upgrades, and writing documentation. Configurations might include creating new configurations for letters, assessments, notes, or validations.

This position requires primarily working in office in South San Francisco, CA. While some days can be done from home, 100% remote is not an option. Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of Management or Team Lead experience.
  • Experience work at hospitals or in the healthcare tech industry.
  • Experience configuring Health Care Applications and knowledge of best practices. (Artera, healthTrio, FitBliss, MHK, MedHok, HEALTHsuite, etc)
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Healthcare claims and eligibility systems such as MedHOK and HEALTHsuite
  • Coding and payment rules for Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Title 22.
  • Process improvement techniques.
