Work Schedule: Mon. - Fri. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. Hybrid (initial training will be all onsite 5 days a week but will be open to 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after training)
Pay Rate: $67/hr on W2 – No C2C

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripting and integrations.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet changing business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features to ensure the platform's effective use.
- Participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and improvements.
- Document development processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Customer service focused
- Ability to provide detailed notes on issues that arise
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation
- Ability to manage time, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
- 5 or more years as a ServiceNow Developer, with a record of successful project implementations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow development, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting in ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
