We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Product Education team. In this role, you’ll manage technical projects, ensuring their successful delivery. As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll partner with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to drive project execution and delivery. Use your strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Must have experience mapping technical architecture for APIs operating under a headless CMS
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for technical projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.???????
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design.
- Map technical architecture for APIs operating under a headless CMS
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Track project progress, monitor performance, and report status to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to established methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
