Seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support the management and tracking lifecycle of our equipment and technical assets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end of asset lifecycle data destruction and recycling of physical assets.
- For new hires, fill out info to send to shipping department and make sure new hire receives
- Processing returned assets to be added to the fleet for repurposing.
- Work through warranty repairs and replacements for damaged equipment.
- Maintain a well inventoried and controlled IT Asset inventory space.
- Will use Oomnitza as the asset tracking software.
- User IT Assets (laptops, tablets, mobile devices) globally
- Reset returned devices, confirming which devices can be reused
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT Asset Management or IT Technical support with some IT Asset Management experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, and self-started that can work with little supervision
- Any experience with following technologies is a big plus:
- Oomnitza or similar IT Asset Management Software
- Intune and JAMF
- MDM
- Google Sheets
- Excel (for creating reports)
- Coupa accounting software
