Required Skills & Experience
  • Microsoft PowerPoint – Creating/ designing new templates and decks for leadership.
  • Communication skills - ability to work with developers to gather data points, distil complex concepts, and create a story for the data.
  • Microsoft Excel – experience working with or creating formulas.
  • Analytical skills – ability to understand, analyze, and explain data.
  • Experience in finance, banking, and/ or collections within finance groups.
  • 4+ years in some combination of analytics or creating PowerPoint decks.
  • Experience in finance, banking, and/ or collections within finance groups.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work under pressure / under deadline with senior leaders and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Independently track down visual assets within the organization and suggest/create new visual assets whenever needed.

What You Will Be Doing
  • This contractor will be supporting the Data insights team within Lending Operations to create monthly PowerPoint presentations and templates for senior leadership.
  • This role will be primarily focused on collecting data and reporting insights that the team has put together then packaging the information into a digestible format.
  • Creating templates and presentations within Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Perform data visualization actions within Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Contribute to delivery strategy by creating dynamic templates, emphasizing key points, and providing insights on how it should be presented to the target audience.
  • Answer questions from leadership on data insights and subject matter.
