Work Location: Charlotte - hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite/work from home) 

Contract Duration: 12-24 months initial contract; possible extensions and/or conversion


Required Skills & Experience 

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center roles, or equivalent expertise gained through work, consulting, military service, education, or training.
  • Active Series 7.
  • Proficiency in brokerage operations.
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Products.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Engage in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify avenues for process enhancements within Customer Service.
  • Assess and analyze basic or tactical Customer Service tasks or issues that demand research, evaluation, and the selection of optimal solutions, pertaining to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
  • Propose recommendations for addressing low to moderately complex scenarios, exercising some independent judgment while gaining insight into function, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Furnish information to client personnel within the Customer Service domain.
