Contract Duration: 9 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following: corporate and investment banking; capital markets; finance / controllers financial reporting; regulatory reporting; credit risk; counterparty risk.
  • Financial service regulatory experience such as BSA/AML, 2052a, QFC Recordkeeping, QFC Stay, Dodd-Frank, BCBS 239, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and client centric focus.
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Document Data Dictionaries (including business and technical metadata) and Data Quality Checks (including data movement and data accuracy) in our Enterprise templates.
  • Conduct moderate to complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps.
  • Execute resolution of unique challenges requiring analysis across multiple areas or the enterprise, assisting in the delivery of solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, analytical thinking.
  • Represent clients in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies.
  • Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution.
