Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms, with ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.
- Experience in leading and collaborating with Engineering teams to design and implement AI, Agentic AI workflows using LangChain/LangGraph, Google Agent Space, MS CoPilot Studio, etc.,
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development.
- Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Act as a liaison between our lines of business and technology partners by facilitating the delivery of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions.
- Support the business in the alignment of their Intelligent Automation (IA) needs/usage with their technology and business strategies.
- Support the development of the automation analysis and design methodology, including the related policies, procedures, tools and artifacts, to ensure a “rapid” implementation process that aligns with established release cycles and related enterprise standards.
- Work directly with subject matter experts within the lines of business to fully comprehend business processes and translate those processes into clear and concise user stories, create and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment.
- Support automation testing, as well as facilitating user acceptance testing.
- Conduct product demos, provide product acceptance.
- Proactively notify stakeholders of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with Client’s System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements.
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis applying interpretive thinking and design thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Respond and collaborate with developers regarding the requirements and the client needs.
- Make decisions product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
