Commercial Loan Closing Specialist

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Leadership experience as a team leader, manager, supervisor, (some responsibility for other employees).
• Ability to train and mentor new team members.
• Document and language experience.
• Experience processing transactions in a corporate environment (and making decisions on them independently).
• Leasing processing experience –data entry, matching information, adhering to process documents.
• Experience or experience with a system of record.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Siebel Row and or Lease connect

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the “Deal Closing Lending Fulfillment team to supplement day-to-day operations.
• Auditing transactions.
• Validating transaction documents match information in system of record.
• Remediate information discrepancies.
• Perform document review & language review
• Sync municipal documents that are non-standard to ensure alignment with legal and credit approvals.
